What makes us special?
Vision
We believe in healthy workplace environments built with effective interpersonal communication at the core.
Courses Led by Experts in Communication
All of our courses are developed by expert speech-language pathologists who have significant experience helping others to improve communication skills and are guided by the LARS model of professional development.
LARS
learn, apply, reflect, share
LARS is an instructional model that is based on principles of adult learning. Courses built with the LARS framework are structured to include presentation of new content (Learn), activities to put the new information to work (Apply), questions to guide critical thinking related to the new information (Reflect) and culminating activities to explain your learning to others (Share). Active engagement in learning is key to skill development that results in
actual learning. Because of the LARS model, the courses at Center for Interpersonal Communication are different from other eLearning platforms. And our CIPC Community is built just for professionals like you who could do so much with a leg up.
